The Universal Robots UR10 is our largest industrial robot, designed for bigger tasks where precision and reliability are still of paramount importance. Automate processes and tasks that weigh up to 10 kg.
Heavier-weight collaborative processes, such as: packaging, palletizing, assembly and pick and place are all well suited to the UR10. And with a reach radius of up to 1300mm, the UR10 is designed to be more effective at tasks across a larger area. This can save time on production lines where distance can be a factor.

2. Collaborative & Safe
Now you can replace human operators in dirty, dangerous, and dull jobs to reduce repetitive strain and accidental injuries. Eighty percent of the thousands of UR robots worldwide operate with no safety guarding (after risk assessment), right beside human operators. The UR10 is force sensitive and can be set to stop immediately when it encounters a force as low as 150 Newton. The safety system of our robots is approved and certified by TÜV (The German Technical Inspection Association).
3. Easy Programming
Patented technology lets operators with no programming experience quickly set up and operate our robots with intuitive, 3D visualization. Simply move the robot arm to desired waypoints or touch the arrow keys on the easy-to-use touchscreen tablet.
4. 6-axis Free Rotation
With six articulation points, and a wide scope of flexibility, they are designed to mimic the range of motion of a human arm. The 6-axis joint robot arm can turn and twist with + or – 360° orientation to reach almost all positions within its reach. It is very flexible and easy to implement different tasks.
